Hey, I'm Kayla Barlow!
I’m the girl behind Worthy, a dream that started with a nudge from Jesus and a deep desire to remind women everywhere that they are so worthy... not because of what they’ve done, but because of who He is. I wear my heart on my sleeve (sometimes literally), and I’m all about cheering on Worthy Girls as they step into their true identity as daughters of the King. I have created online Bible studies, host joy-filled in-person events like the Worthy Conference, and do my best to make space for women to encounter Jesus in real and powerful ways. When I’m not working on all things Worthy, you’ll find me serving as Executive Pastor at Realove Church in Seymour, Missouri, right alongside my husband and best friend, Johnathon James Barlow (he’s the Lead Pastor and I hate to admit this but likely the funnier one between us). We’ve got three amazing kiddos—Ariah, Judah, and Isaiah—who keep our days loud, wild, and full of love. Our family is on mission to love Jesus big and see the lost become found. And me? I’ll be over here, still saying it: Girl, you are so Worthy.

Sara Forhetz is a speaker, journalist, and podcaster. She spent 17 years as an Emmy Award-winning television news reporter and anchor. Sara now speaks full time all over the world.

Sara is also a wife and mother of three kids, ages 12, 14, and 16. She loves competing in swimming, biking, and running and often does triathlons.

But most of all, Sara is a fervent follower of Jesus Christ. She speaks to leadership conferences and churches all across the country and around the globe, urging people to be bold in sharing their faith.

She and her husband, Ethan Forhetz, have been named one of the most "influential couples" in Southwest Missouri.

Millicent is a passionate preacher known for proclaiming Christ’s truth with courage and clarity. Alongside her husband, Millicent travels the world to preach the full, un-sugarcoated, often offensive, Word of God; addressing cultural issues head-on.
Millicent has a burning desire to see people unashamed of the truth of the Gospel. Her messages inspire boldness and courage in God's word, and give people reason and logic for the hope they have in Christ; allowing them to truly be the light in this dark world.
